When 18-year old Orange High School senior Miles Sternfeld began preparing for his senior project, he knew exactly what he wanted to do: bring Broadway to Cleveland. And that's exactly what he's done. With the help of mentor, Sean Szaller (who also serves as the production's musical director), Sternfeld set out to produce a one-night only benefit performance of 'The Who's Tommy' which, coincidentally, was the first full blown musical he was in as a child. Miles was also very clear that he wanted all proceeds from this production to benefit Broadway Cares - and Joe Norton at BC/EFA was happy to jump on board to offer his support.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. This Thursday, July 18th Broadway Sessions will welcome Tom Deckman, Danette Holden, Erica Lustig and more. This weeks show will feature Broadway veteran Greg Reuter as special guest host.
