Ghostlight Theater Camp’s roster of teaching artists, designers, directors, and choreographers all bring years of experience in Broadway and international theater. This year, Ghostlight is very excited to add guest artists to the lineup, allowing campers the opportunity to work closely with artists from outside of the summer’s main faculty.

What every theater lover longs for more than anything this year is to be back onstage, or backstage, making theater and sharing it with an audience. For campers at Ghostlight Theater Camp in Oakland, Maine, this summer will give them that opportunity and more!

Perhaps you've seen a movie about teens going away for the summer to put on shows in the idyllic setting of theater camp. If so, you are most likely familiar with a plot about doing whatever it takes to shine solo in the spotlight. But in 2019, theatre camps have to reflect a deepening sensitivity to what young adults need in order to balance ever intensifying pressures during the rest of the year.

At Acting Manitou, we work year-round to bring the highest level of talent and leadership to work with our campers. This coming summer we are so excited to be welcoming the following directors and teachers from Broadway who will work full time with our campers in both sessions.
