In the past few months, the program received 42 submissions for consideration, out of which one new work was selected to be developed by Pace. This year, Pace New Musicals proudly presents the world premiere reading of Darling, a new musical with music and lyrics by Ryan Scott Oliver and a book by B.T. Ryback.

The sudden action will shutter the theatre's upcoming productions of Tarzan and 42nd Street. Both have been cancelled although the touring production of Chicago will be performed as scheduled and all tickets will be honored. AMTSJ is currently in communication with the producers of Avenue Q, to achieve the same result as Chicago.
