The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza celebrates its 19th season with over 250 performances slated to perform in the Plaza's two theatres: The Fred Kavli Theatre for the Performing Arts and the Janet and Ray Scherr Forum Theatre.

The Foundation is privately funded and is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors with the Cultural Affairs Department administrative personnel providing volunteer staffing. Earlier this month, the Foundation mailed a program guide with performance information to 270,000 residents in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
