The Carrollwood Cultural Center and the Play'n Around Traveling Children's Theater present THE NUTCRACKER on Sunday, December 13 at 3 pm at the Carrollwood Cultural Center.

Join Clara and "Nutty" the nutcracker on their magical adventure to save the princess from evil rat king Salsabar. This Heartwarming musical delivers a modern twist to a holiday classic.

This original musical will teach children that "Everything comes from your heart" and "Everybody needs friends".

The Play'n Around Traveling Children's Theatre shows are put to original music with singing, dancing and audience participation. Shows are designed to educate as well as entertain with morals and values such as friendship and respect. Audience members will also have the opportunity to meet the actors, ask questions or just say hello to their favorite character.

Play'n Around Traveling Children's Theatre is a professional theatre company that tours live musical Theater Productions to schools, libraries and theaters. Founded in 1999, Play'n Around Theatre has strived to produce quality educational, as well as entertaining, adaptations of classic fairy tales. Each Play'n Around production is originally adapted to delight the most sophisticated audience, yet simple enough to keep the attention of younger children. Admission is free for children under 4 years old, $7 for members, $10 for non-members
