Sarasota Pride Presents:PRELUDE TO PRIDE: THE SCOTT & PATTY SHOW-SHOWGIRL REUNION, 9/30

It's a Celebrity Reunion! A time to party with The Showgirls! That's right those gorgeous girls who sat behind the desks on the TV show, "9 to 5" are getting together singing their favorite songs and telling some naughty and hilarious stories! It's a party to raise some funds for Trinity Charities HIV/AIDS Programs! It's time to celebrate Sarasota Pride.

Suncoast AIDS Theatre Project and Sarasota Pride, Inc., are producing their annual "Prelude to Pride" salute with a hilarious production of comedy and song starring and conceived by Matthew McGee and Scott Daniel, along with Sarasota's stars Beneva Fruitville, Lindsay Carlton and Joey Panek!

PRELUDE TO PRIDE: Scott and Patti Show - Showgirl Reunion begins when Scott, (Scott Daniel) and Patti, (Matthew McGee) bring their flamboyant son and mother Vegas lounge act to Sarasota where they are reunited by guest host Joey Panek with their former co-stars, the girl's who sat behind the desks on the old "9 to 5" TV show, Sarasota's very popular Beneva Fruitville and Lindsay Carlton.

Secrets are uncovered as backstage and behind the scenes tales are hilariously exposed. The Showgirls and Company sing some songs that you wouldn't expect for a Vegas lounge act or from the set of "9 to 5" - Songs will include "Love Will Keep Us Together", "Believe", "Corner Of The Sky", "I Go To Rio", "I Can't Smile Without You", "Sisters", "One Night Only" and many more.

PRELUDE TO PRIDE: Scott and Patti Show - Showgirl Reunion is a hilarious night of comedy and song and proceeds will benefit Trinty Charities, Inc. HIV/AIDS programs. Come join in the fun and celebration at this one night only reunion of hilarious song and comedy.

Suncoast AIDS Theatre Project is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit organization whose mission is to raise awareness, provide assistance, and perpetuate a life of dignity for those affected and infected by HIV and AIDS.

Sarasota Pride Fest is October 19th, J.D. Hamel Park, 12pm - 6pm. downtown Sarasota.

Doors open at 6:00pm, for a special VIP reception and curtain time is 7:30 pm. Tickets for the VIP Reception are $25.00 and general admission is $15.00 Cash bar will be available.
