Jobsite has been hosting an end of the year party/fundraiser at New World Brewery for well over a decade. It's always a relaxed evening of great music, great raffles, great friends, and great food and drink on our favorite sleepy corner of Ybor City. Minimum $8 donation at the door, FREE for Jobsite Rock Stars. Jobsite Rocks! 2016 is on Sat., Dec. 3, 2016. Doors open at 8pm and the show runs 9pm until midnight with raffle prizes awarded during set breaks.

This year's celebration continues the variety show format brought in last year! We're drawing from every possible circle in the Tampa Bay area to bring together artists of every discipline as well as some of our best/brightest/most notorious who just want to moonlight or try something out for fun. Attendees will enjoy live music, stand-up, storytelling, recitations, and who-knows-what-else (selections are in progress and expect to be finalized by Thanksgiving -- if you have an act or an idea please reach out!) while sitting comfortably at a table under the canopy or in the open-air biergarten, or from a bar stool while enjoying the ice-cold AC indoors (hey, it could be 90 degrees or 40 on Dec. 3, we're just trying to be prepared).

Last year's event featured several Jobsite ensemble members performing songs, poetry, comedy, and just telling stories. They were joined by local comic Steve Miller, musician Jake Tremper, the Colleen and Andy Show, and improvisers from Post Dinner Conversation. At the time of this release we have confirmations from several of our LIZZIE rockers who will be bringing acts to the stage: Mark Warren (guitar), Nader Issa (bass), and Colleen Cherry (Lizzie Borden herself) are all cooking up musical deliciousness to share in separate sets.
