After the critically acclaimed, Grand Opening Main Season production of the Musical Comedy, "AIN'T RETIREMENT GRAND!", Jimmy Ferraro's STUDIO THEATRE (5732 Main Street, New Port Richey, FL) presents a Celebration to the Holidays with the glittering musical/comedy revue, "A CHRISTMAS CABARET". The production stars DEE ETTA ROWE, PETE CLAPSIS, JACKIE SNYDER, DEBRA L. SNYDER, ELICIA NYSTROM, JANINE PARADISO, DAKOTA RUIZ, and LYNDSEY RUIZ.

Opening Night is today, November 29th and the production runs FRIDAY and SATURDAY evenings and WEDNESDAY and SUNDAY matinee's through December 21st, 2014. Opening Night will include a champagne reception to meet the cast, following the show. The Opening Night performance will begin at 7:30 PM. Performance Schedule: Friday and Saturday evenings: Doors open at 7:00 pm / show at 7:30 pm; Wednesday and Sunday matinees: Doors open at 1:30 pm / show at 2:00 PM. By Popular Demand! ~ Broadway veteran DEE ETTA ROW, is the centerpiece of our cast, in a glittering, musical-comedy revue filled with traditional Christmas favorites including, "Silver Bells", White Christmas", "Here Comes Santa Claus", "O Holy Night", along with a dazzling array of new songs and dances to delight all ages. "A CHRISTMAS CABARET" will be presented in 2 acts with a 15 minute intermission.

PETE CLAPSIS is directing and DEBRA L. SNYDER is choreographing the STUDIO THEATRE production.

ABOUT THE CAST:

DEE ETTA ROWE

Dee Etta received critical acclaim as the wacky, farmer's wife, "Mavis" in Jimmy Ferraro's STUDIO THEATRE's opening production of "CHURCH BASEMENT LADIES", as the "cougar", Maggie in the World Premiere of "COUPLED" and most recently in "The Singing Divas of Broadway & Hollywood". She starred as Golde, in the 2012 National Tour of "Fiddler on the Roof", opposite her husband, Broadway actor, Jimmy Ferraro. She was seen all over the country for 8 years in "Menopause the Musical", as both the Iowa Housewife and Earth Mother. BROADWAY debut: "The Most Happy Fella" starring Georgio Tozzi. Dee Etta created the role of Olga Von Sturm on Broadway in "Nine" opposite Raul Julia, Bert Convey, and Sergio Franchi. Off Broadway:"What's New" with Nathan Lane. National Tours: Sweeney Todd" with Angela Landsbury and George Hearn,"Showboat", with Eddie Bracken and Lanie Kazan and "The Sound of Music" with Ann Blythe, Sally Ann Howes, and Patrice Munsel .Regional: starring roles in many productions including: "Nunsense" and "The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas", Miss. Hannigan -"Annie", La Carlotta - "PHANTOM", Ethel Banks - "Barefoot in the Park" and Essie Rubin - "A Majority of One" opposite Mimi Hines.

PETE CLAPSIS

Pete is delighted to be both performing and directing this Christmas program- the first one here at The Jimmy Ferraro Studio Theatre. Pete has been associated with every single production at the Studio in 2014, proud to have been the very first person to make an entrance in the history of this stage. He appeared in Church Basement Ladies, Coupled, the just completed Ain't Retirement Grand, and now this. Additionally, he Stage Managed, ran lights, and provided the Narrative Voice Overs for The Singing Divas of Broadway And Hollywood. A Professional Actor since 2010, he has appeared at The Show Palace in Hudson, most recently on Halloween as The Narrator in The Rocky Horror Show; also at American Stage in St. Petersburg, The Straz Center in Tampa for Jobsite Theatre, at The Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater in Cape Cod, Massachusetts on The Julie Harris Stage, and in numerous local commercials and several independent films, in addition to being an accomplished voice over artist. He is proud to be a member of The JFST Family, and sends his love and thanks to Jimmy and Dee Etta for their continued support, belief, and friendship.

JACKIE SNYDER

Jackie Snyder is excited to be making her debut at Jimmy Ferraro's Studio Theatre. She has studied Voice with Ms. Dee Etta Rowe ,since she was 8 and preforming since she was 9; including 2 Christmas shows , directed by Jimmy Ferraro, at the Angel Cabaret and also performed in the King and I, directed by Jimmy Ferraro. Jackie also enjoys working full time at Ultra Clean Systems as a Team lead in sales where she is always using her acting skills to making those customers happy. She would like to thank her friends and family for their love and support, as well as her fiancé for making her the person she is today. She also thanks Jimmy Ferraro, for allowing her to enjoy this valuable experience.

DEBRA L. SNYDER

After many years of having the opportunity to work with the Ferraro Family in productions such as West Side Story, Can-Can, Big Bawdy Burlesque and most recently The Singing Diva's of Broadway and Hollywood to name a few, I'm excited to be performing once again in "A Christmas Cabaret". I would like to wish everyone a wonderful and blessed Christmas!! Enjoy the show!

ELICIA NYSTROM

Elicia is performing in her second show at Jimmy Ferraro's STUDIO THEATRE. She has been belly dancing professionally for over 15 years with Troupe Sahirnee at numerous festivals, fundraisers and competitions throughout Florida. Elicia is delighted to work with Jimmy, Dee Etta and Debbie again. She wishes everyone a happy and healthy Holiday season.

JANINE PARADISO

Janine is originally from New York and has always had a passion for Musical Theater. She attended Blake High School for Performing Arts and then went on to sing with her Father in their band for several years. She is very excited to be making her STUDIO THEATRE debut with the amazing cast here at Jimmy Ferraro's and happy for the new adventure!

DAKOTA RUIZ

Dakota is 15, and a homeschooled sophomore. National Tours: Mary Poppins 1st National tour, Beauty and the Beast, Regional: Sound of Music-Show Palace, The Secret Garden, Community favorites: Peter Pan Jr, Les Mis, Thoroughly Modern Millie Jr, Annie Jr, Oliver, Fiddler & Narnia-Live Oak. He has been performing since he was 6 years old. Praise God and thank you to everyone who supported me through brain surgery June 10th; and Dr. Roberta Moger, who taught me that you should never be afraid to live your dream!

LYNDSEY RUIZ

Lyndsey is a 15 year old home schooled sophomore and is thrilled to be a part of this production. She has been performing in community theater since the age of 6. Some of her favorites include Les Mis, King & I, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and Hairspray. She also studies voice with Dr. Roberta Moger. Lyndsey is looking forward to pursuing musical theater and special effects make-up in the future. She would like to thank God, her family, and friends for their love and support. Keep the dream!
