Hillsborough Community College's Visual And Performing Arts series presents "L'histoire du Soldat". Music by Igor Stravinsky, Original Text by C F Ramuz.
"L'histoire du Soldat" is regarded as one of the most important and influential chamber works of the early twentieth century. This theatrical work combines music and spoken word in a manner revolutionary in its day and still potent and revelatory for contemporary audiences.
This production celebrates the 100th anniversary of its premiere as well as the 100th remembrance of the end of World War I.
Featuring Giles Davies as the Narrator with Reflections Chamber Ensemble under the Direction of John Bannon
