Cole Porter's hit musical ANYTHING GOES opens at the Manatee Players on January 17 and runs through February 3.

The age-old tale of Boy-Meets-Girl and the complications which ensue intrigue every audience, and no musical puts it on stage better than ANYTHING GOES. This show is an amusing story wrapped around one of Cole Porter's magical scores. Terrific Cole Porter songs include It's De-Lovely, Friendship, I Get A Kick Out Of You, All Through The Night, Anything Goes, You're The Top, Blow, Gabriel, Blow, Buddie Beware and Easy To Love. It's a wonder that all the romances are sorted out and disaster is averted aboard the magical ship where ANYTHING GOES!

Andrea Wright plays 'Reno Sweeney', 'Omar Montes' plays 'Billy Crocker', Melanie Bierweiler plays 'Hope Harcourt', Brian Chunn plays 'Sir Evelyn Oakleigh', Michael DeMocko plays 'Moonface Martin', Brittney Klepper plays 'Erma', Dan Coppinger plays 'Elisha Whitney' and Caroline Cox plays 'Mrs. Harcourt'. The talented ensemble cast includes Anna Trinci, Katie Priest, Katie Zanders, Holly Rizzo, Corinne Woodland, Kaitlin Folsom, MitcheAl Pearl, Phil Croome, James Faurote, Michael Ridgewell, Alexander Zickafoose, Jay Poppe, Nick Drivas, Alex Beach, Brandon Jamora, Joseph Rebella, Bob Weintraub and Amy Ferrell.

Performances are Tuesday - Thursday at 7:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $26 including facility fee for adults, $15 including facility fee for teachers and $13 including facility fee for students. Tickets may be reserved by calling 748-5875 Monday - Friday from 9-5 and one hour before curtain on performance days or on the Manatee Players' website: www.manateeplayers.com. All performances are at 102 Old Main Street in downtown Bradenton.

The show is being directed and choreographed by Rick Kerby with Aaron Cassette as musical director.
