Carrollwood Players presents It's a Wonderful Life: A Love Radio Play for your holiday enjoyment. Opening Friday, IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE: A LIVE RADIO PLAY was adapted by Joe Landry from the screenplay by Goodrich, Hackett, Capra & Swerling. The show runs November 29th through December 21st, 2013, directed by Frank Stinehour.

Produced by James Cass, Carrollwood Players presents the beloved American holiday classic come to captivating life. Performed as a live 1940s radio broadcast. Set in a radio station, a talented ensemble brings to the stage a few dozen characters telling the story of idealistic George Bailey as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve. Experience the magic as you join the radio show's live audience, and are reminded "no man is a failure who has friends."

You can make reservations, purchase your tickets, and select your seat via the Carrollwood Players website (www.CarrollwoodPlayers.org). [Some fees may apply to advance purchases.] Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be notified if there is a problem with your reservation. Reserved seats will be held until 15 minutes before show time.

Ticket Prices: $18 Adults Under 62; $15 Seniors Age 62 and Up, Students, or Military w/ID; Group Discounts Available. In person the day of the show, Carrollwood Players accepts cash or checks only. Credit cards may be used for advanced purchase online. Curtain times are 8:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 3:00pm on Sundays. The theater lobby will open one hour prior to curtain.

About Carrollwood Players: Since 1981, Carrollwood Players, Tampa's oldest community theatre company, has provided quality entertainment for the Tampa Bay area.
