The Carrollwood Cultural Center is proud to present The first CCC Student and Faculty Art Show
An art reception will be held on Friday, June 19 from 6 pm to 9 pm. It is free and open to everyone.
Many art classes are offered at the Center: "The Clothed Figure", "Comic Book Character Drawing", "Drawing by Observation Made Easy", "I Can Draw Cartoons", "Modern Mode of Expression", "Mosaics", "The New Water-Soluble Oils: Paint Without Toxic Solvents", "Portrait Painting", ""Oil Painting Using Impressionist Techniques", "Still Life Paintings", "Watercolor Pencil Magic", and "Woodcarving". Ceramic classes include: "Hand Building", "Wheel Throwing" and "Sculpture".
The next session of classes will begin the week of June 1 and will last for six weeks. Course catalogs are available at the Center and on our website at www.carrollwoodcenter.org.

The Art Gallery is open from 8 am to 6 pm, from Monday to Friday.
The mission of the Friends of the Carrollwood Cultural Center is to offer cultural programs, services and events that encourage individual exploration and promotes a sense of community.
The Center participates with several Florida interest groups to promote the arts and its influences throughout the community. These groups offer intergenerational programs as well as initiatives that address particular individual needs and encompass graphic and performing arts, continuing education, and community outreach programs.
