Scaggs' talents have taken him all over the world, and his influences, style and genre of music have evolved and merged over the years. One of his first big albums was Boz Scaggs produced by friend and Rolling Stone founder, Jann Wenner, with the memorable track "Loan Me a Dime." His multi-platinum 1975 release Silk Degrees featured hits such as "Lowdown," (which won the Grammy Award for Best R&B Song,) "Lido Shuffle," "What Can I Say," and the ballad "We're All Alone," (which became a worldwide hit for Rita Coolidge.) On his latest spellbinding album A Fool to Care Scaggs remarks "I'm at a point where I'm having a lot of fun with music, more than ever."
