Having just opened to rave reviews and a surge in demand for tickets, THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG has decided to come back in May for 8 more shows to give you one more chance to catch the chaos. This extra week happens from Tuesday 16 May to Sunday 21 May.
And did you know that The Play That Goes Wrong (constantly) is now playing in six out of the seven continents of the world. Apart from enjoying this hugely successful tour of Australia, smashing up London's West End in Europe, opening last weekend on Broadway in North America, enjoying a successful production in Argentina (South America), soon to cause mayhem in Japan with Hong Kong adding to the Asia line-up in September, and now in South Africa as of last week, the over-achievers have one more continent to tick off - Antarctica.
Described as Fawlty Towers meets Noises Off, The Play That Goes Wrong has a host of awards to its credit, including the 2015 Olivier Award for Best New Comedy and the 2014 Whatsonstage.com award for Best New Comedy. After Sydney the hapless amateur thespians travel to Canberra from 25 April, Brisbane from 4 May and Perth from 31 May 2017.
