The Sydney Symphony Orchestra will be performing five interactive concerts this month for more than 3,500 Western Sydney school students as part of its world-class education program.
The concerts, held at the Parramatta Riverside Theatre on the 26, 27 and 28 May, will be attended by Kindergarten to Year 10 students from 30 schools across Western Sydney.
NSW Deputy Premier and Minister for the Arts Troy Grant said: "The NSW Government understands the importance of Western Sydney as one of the fastest growing regions in the State and is proud to support the SSO interactive tour and education program for local students.
"Western Sydney is full of artistic talent and potential and I'm thrilled the Sydney Symphony Orchestra is entertaining and educating our next generation of performers."
