Former and current members of Australia's leading ensembles - Australian String Quartet, (ASQ) Australian Chamber Orchestra, Australia Quartet (AQ) and Ironwood Ensemble, unite for a one night only performance at North Sydney's intimate recital hall, the Independent Theatre.
Niall Brown (former cellist ASQ and currently Principal Cellist of Luxembourg Philharmonic as well as Professor at the International Menuhin Music Academy), returns to Australia with his wife, outstanding pianist Isabelle Trüb, to perform Beethoven's 7 Variations on a theme from the Magic Flute and Sonata in A Major Op. 69 alongside Schubert's epic and sublimeString Quintet in C Major D959.
Brown is joined by violinists Rebecca Chan (ACO), Robin Wilson (Ironwood Ensemble) and former student, cellist Thomas Rann (AQ) and violist James Wannan (AQ).
