Two reality TV stars. Two theatre icons. An orchestra as magical as the music they're playing. It was always going to be a recipe for delight and marvel for young and old. What Chong Lim and the gang have created here though is something one-of-a-kind, so don't think your Spotify playlist will suffice in place of begging, borrowing or stealing a ticket to Disney Under the Stars.

The Sydney Opera House forecourt was filled with people of every creed, culture and company all united by a creative force that has global recognition and endearment unlike any other to be sure. We all couldn't wait to build snowmen, paint with the colours of the wind, and be the guest of vocal vixen Ricki-Lee Coulter, superb showman David Campbell, silky smooth Harrison Craig and delightful diva Lucy Durack. Backing them up were some incredibly talented musicians and vocalists who got a chance to step beyond the words we all know by heart and give the spotlight to what are some phenomenal arrangements.

David Campbell's 'Out There' is nothing short of tear-jerking, Ricki-Lee's 'Let it Go' nothing short of jaw-dropping. As Lucy Durack seems made to play Mary Poppins, Harrison Craig seems made to play Olaf the naïve snowman. Songs you could sing backwards are given new life in this remarkable production, the good vs evil 'Once Upon a Dream' from the ladies and the Pixar mash-up from the boys were very notable highlights I'd love to have on my iPod.

Every parent in the audience adored the particular take on 'Mother Knows Best', and every child lit up at the chance to sing-along in their costumes. Do your inner child a favour, or your present children. Either way, it's a wonderful chance to step out of the rigmarole and get supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
