Leo Nucci at Grand Théâtre de Genève

In the course of his brilliant career, this exceptional artist has never failed to astound music lovers and opera fans with his performances of the great baritone and bass roles of the Verdi and verismo repertoire. Leo Nucci comes to Geneva with the Italian Chamber Opera Quintet for a recital of arie da camera and excerpts from Verdi’s operas, in special arrangements for the Italian singer’s guest instrumental ensemble. The audience can expect Leo Nucci to perform some of his favourite Verdi characters, such as Count Luna (Il Trovatore), Francesco Foscari (I Due Foscari), Giorgio Germont (La Traviata) or Don Carlo (Ernani).
