Opera Vitabergsparken at Kungliga Operan AB

Once again, the Royal Opera has the pleasure to to perform at Parkteatern in Vitabergsparken and to present opera and ballet under the stars.

This year we present no less than four evenings: two evenings of opera and two evenings of ballet.



23 & 24 August at 18:00
The Royal Ballet - a classical and modern evening

One of the oldest dance companies in the world show their width by providing both classical and contemporary ballet. The evening begins with parts from choreographer Natalia Makarova's interpretation of Giselle .

Then we give the modern piece Time Themes, choreographed by Emanuel Gat.

Opera Classics with our soloists and the Royal Opera Orchestra

We present two evenings of opera music by Verdi, Puccini, Donizetti, Mascagni and Ponchielli. On stage are the Royal Opera Orchestra under Tobias Ringborgs management, and soloists are Karl-Magnus Fredriksson Lena Nordin, Klas Hedlund, Magdalena Risberg and Jonas Degerfeldt.
