BWW Previews: FRÅN BROADWAY TILL DUVEMÅLA at Sweden Tour Image

The success shows of "From Broadway to Duvemåla" is back in the autumn

Romance that began as a one-off when singer Viktoria Tocca set it up at the Berwaldhallen in Stockholm in spring of 2016, which continued as a tour around Sweden is now entering its sixth season this fall. Interest in the show has been very large with sold out houses, standing ovations, spontaneous dancing in the crowd and brilliant reviews of an ensemble with a solid track record. See the tour schedule below.

Behind the performance "From Broadway to Duvemåla" is Swedish singer Viktoria Tocca. Viktoria received great attention when she played the lead role as Sissi at the world premiere of the musical "Ludwig II" in Germany 2000-2001, and she is one of the youngest singers ever to be approved by Andrew Lloyd Webber to play Christine's lead in the Phantom of the Opera "- a role she played in Copenhagen for two years in the early 2000s. 350 million TV viewers enjoyed her song as she sang live on ice during European Championship Irina Slutskaya's final show at the European Championships in figure skating.

Viktoria Toccas Dream Team

This fall, Viktoria is busy producing and playing the lead in the multifaceted Tony-rewarded Broadway musical "Bridges in Madison County", which she sets up first in Stockholm, and later in the fall moves to Malmö. Viktoria has instead put together his 'Dream Team' so that the success presentation "From Broadway to Duvemåla" can continue, and will also be a guest soloist in Visby, Gävle, Malmö and Stockholm.

The following musical artists will lift the roof in Sweden's lounges this fall:

Niklas Asknergård - One of Sweden's most successful artists in London's musical scenes, among other things, he had major roles in the Phantom of the Opera, "Les Misérables" and "Miss Saigon", which he also played in Britain. He has played the title role in "Sweeney Todd" at the Stockholm City Theater and has been featured in a variety of television programs, among others. Så ska det låta, Allsång på Skansen and Melodifestivalen.

Emmi Christensson - After the ballet academy's musical education, Emmi's track record has become tall with several musicals in Sweden and Norway. She has played the role of Christine in London's West End in "The Phantom Of The Opera" and participated in the Melody Festival. Current at the Oscar Theater in "Gentlemannen".

Emil Sigfridsson - 2002, Emil hit through after participation in TV3's Fame Factory. The following year, the debut album "Back to yesterday" was released, which sold gold and peaked the sales list.
