Anton Zetterholm to play Joey in Paramour
Once again the Swedish musical star Anton Zetterholm has landed a role internationally. He will play the young pianist Joey in Paramour at the Theater Neue Flora in Hamburg, which is premiered in April 2019, which is also the Europe premier for the show. Anton has last played in West Side Story in Malmö and before that he played Raoul in the Fantasy at the Stockholm Opera, together with Peter Jöback. In Germany he has played Tarzan and on West End he played Enjolras in Les Miserables.
Vajen van den Bosch will play the role of Indigo in the Paramour musical at the Theater Neue Flora in Hamburg. Pasquale Aleardi plays the charismatic director AJ who is looking for new talent for his next movie act and finds it in the ambitious actor Indigo. He not only considers her as a star, he also falls in love with her. Indigo torn between their feelings for Joey and AJ.
The Broadway Show Paramour is a combination of song, dance and circus. Stage Entertainment brings performance to Hamburg in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group.
Paramour is the first musical written by the Swedish music producer and composer Andreas Carlsson. He has written the lyrics himself and the music together with Marc Lessard and Guy Dubuc.
