Fox Valley Rep, in residence at Pheasant Run Resort, announces their calendar-year 2013 season of nostalgic musicals and award-winning comedies, including Joe DiPietro's comedy thriller, The Art of Murder, to the heavenly hit musical, Forever Plaid, followed by a rocking '60s musical about love and marriage, Why Do Fools Fall in Love?, then to a rollicking song-and-dance revue of America's beloved Cole Porter, Let's Misbehave!, to a touching no-place-like-home holiday family comedy, Making God Laugh.

"The 2012 season marked an award-winning year for us - our supporters voted us BEST ENTERTAINMENT VENUE in the Chicago suburbs (Daily Herald), one of BEST LIVE THEATER Venues in Kane County (Kane County Chronicle), and we were honored to receive the IL Alliance for Arts Education's PUBLIC AND COMMUNITY SERVICE Award in Springfield, IL," says Artistic Director John Gawlik. "These high honors would mean nothing to us without our community of supporters to share it with."

FOX VALLEY REPERTORY'S 2013 SUBSCRIPTION SERIES

Gawlik has programmed an exciting season that upholds the FVR tradition of sharing an engaging theater experience that make you laugh, reflect and reconnect to moments in your life.

"To celebrate our third season as Fox Valley Rep, we are continuing to offer some of the best subscription rates and benefits in the area," says Gawlik. "Our 5-show packages are heavily discounted so that no theater ticket is more than $20, which is a savings of up to 62 percent. Our number of subscribers has grown tremendously, and we hope this continues."
