ST. LOUIS ACTORS' STUDIO PARTNERS WITH MISSOURI HISTORY MUSEUM ON A MAN FOR ALL SEASONS
The intriguing third season of "Love and Honor" continues on December 4.
St. Louis Actors' Studio, continuing its third season, is honored to participate in the Missouri History Museum's Performing Arts Series with A Man For All Seasons. Robert Bolt's classic Tony Award-winning play tells the true story of 16th century Chancellor of England Sir Thomas More. A religiously devout man of conscience, More objected to King Henry VIII's break from The catholic Church - a decision that led to his prosecution. This morality play ultimately examines More's struggle to be "the king's faithful servant, but God's first."
Directed by Artistic Director Milt Zoth, A Man for All Seasons will feature the following cast: Charlie Barron, Christopher Hickey*, Larry Dell, Teresa Doggett, Emily Baker, Robin Weatherall, Kevin Beyer, Billy Kelly, Chistopher Lawyer, Kimberly Sansone, Robert Ashton and STLAS founder William Roth starring as Thomas More. (*Member of Actors' Equity Association)
