The Fox also announces seven specials for which U.S. Bank Broadway series subscribers will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets. LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE The Musical with Melissa Gilbert as "Ma" will make its St. Louis premiere during Thanksgiving week this November. Fox Theatrical's own LEGALLY BLONDE The Musical returns along with other favorites A CHRISTMAS CAROL, CHICAGO, THE COLOR PURPLE, MAMMA MIA! and AVENUE Q.

The 2009-2010 U.S. Bank Broadway season opens November 10-22, 2009 with the 2008 Tony Award®- winning Best Musical IN THE HEIGHTS, a moving, funny, and uplifting new show about a community of hard-working immigrants seeking a better life and trying to find their place - their home - in their new country. With a remarkable young cast, thrilling Tony Award-winning dancing and a dynamic Tony Award-winning score, In the Heights is an exhilarating journey into a vibrant Manhattan community - a place where the coffee is light and sweet, the windows are always open, and the breeze carries the rhythm of three generations of music. Winner of the 2008 Grammy Award for Best Original Cast Album, In the Heights has a book by Pulitzer Prize finalist Quiara Alegria Hudes and was conceived by Lin-Manuel Miranda. In the Heights is Broadway's hottest hit! The New York Times calls it "A musical about chasing your dreams and finding your true home, with enough energy to light up the George Washington Bridge. A SINGULAR NEW SENSATION!"

Get ready to discover a delightful new show that's as fresh and rare as newly fallen snow! The classic holiday tradition Irving Berlin'S WHITE CHRISTMAS comes to the Fox Theatre December 15-27, 2009, as a brand new Irving Berlin musical direct from Broadway. While the show began its path to Broadway at The Muny in 2000, this production is directed by Tony Award® winner Walter Bobbie ("Chicago") and choreographed by Tony nominee Randy Skinner ("42nd Street"). Brimming with such Berlin hits as "Blue Skies," "How Deep is the Ocean?" and, of course, the unforgettable title song; Irving Berlin's White Christmas tells the story of two showbiz buddies putting on a show in a magical Vermont inn and finding their perfect mates in the bargain. Full of dancing, laughter and some of the greatest songs ever written, Irving Berlin's White Christmas promises to be a merry and bright theatrical experience for the whole family! Every holiday season, audiences of all ages enjoy the uplifting story of White Christmas. Now, a new generation will be able to experience this holiday tradition in a completely new way - live on stage!

For nearly 40 years, GREASE has remained one of the world's most popular musicals. Now Sandy, Danny, Rizzo and the gang from Rydell High hand-jive their way to St. Louis January 12-24, 2010 in this new production of Grease starring Taylor Hicks as Teen Angel. This unique production was born out of NBC's landmark reality TV show, "Grease: You're The One That I Want." Time Magazine's 2007 pick for "#1 musical of the year" is directed and choreographed by two-time Tony Award®-winner Kathleen Marshall (The Pajama Game). This updated version of the show features songs from the smash 1978 movie including "Hopelessly Devoted to You," "Grease" and "You're the One That I Want," in addition to the songs made famous by the original stage production, including "Summer Nights," "Greased Lightnin'" and "We Go Together."

Winner of the 2008 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the Tony Award® for Best Play, Steppenwolf's AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY will debut at the Fox Theatre March 2-14, 2010. This grand, gripping new play, starring Academy Award-winner Estelle Parsons, tells the story of the Westons, a large extended clan that comes together at their rural Oklahoma homestead when the alcoholic patriarch disappears. Forced to confront unspoken truths and astonishing secrets, the family must also contend with Violet (Parsons), a pill-popping, deeply unsettled woman at the center of this storm. Written by Tracy Letts and directed by Anna D. Shapiro, August: Osage County is a rare theatrical event - a large-scale work filled with unforgettable characters, a powerful tale told with unflinching honesty. The New York Times cheers, "August: Osage County is flat-out, without qualification, the most exciting new American play Broadway has seen in years," and Time Magazine named August: Osage County the "#1 Show of the Year!"

The classic Mel Brooks movie is ALIVE...and it's headed to St. Louis May 11-23, 2010. You'll have a monstrously good time at this spectacular new production, YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN winner of the 2008 Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Musical! Don't miss the sensational cast delivering all your favorite moments from the classic film, plus brand-new show-stopping numbers for the stage, including "Transylvania Mania," "He Vas My Boyfriend" and "Puttin' on the Ritz." This wickedly inspired re-imagining of the Frankenstein legend follows bright young Dr. Frankenstein as he attempts to create a monster - but not without scary and hilarious complications. The brains behind the laughter is mad genius and three-time Tony Award® winner Mel Brooks himself - who wrote the music and lyrics and co-wrote the book - along with his record-breaking team from The Producers: five-time Tony-winning director and choreographer Susan Stroman and three-time Tony-winning writer, Thomas Meehan.

Back by "Popular" demand. The New York Times calls WICKED "Broadway's biggest blockbuster." When it played the Fox in 2005 and again in 2007 it broke box office records, sold out in record time and set new attendance records. Wicked is the winner of 20 major awards, including a Grammy and three Tony Awards®. Long before that girl from Kansas arrives in Munchkinland, two girls meet in the land of Oz. One - born with emerald green skin - is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. How these two grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch makes for "the most complete and completely satisfying new musical in a long time," says USA Today. Wicked is coming to the Fox for four weeks, June 16-July 11, 2010.

The seven specials for 2009-1020 will be offered to subscribers for priority seating before their public on-sale dates. One of the most popular and beloved celebrations of early Americana for 70 years, LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE The Musical with Melissa Gilbert as "Ma" makes its St. Louis debut at the Fox November 24-29, 2009; this charming new musical premiered at The Guthrie Theatre in 2008 where it topped all box office records for any show in The Guthrie's history.
