CITILITES Theatre proudly presents its production of Southern Baptist Sissies, Del Shores' hilarious and touching follow-up to his cult favorite Sordid Lives (stage play, movie, and TV series) at The Gaslight Theater @ 358 N. Boyle Ave. 63108 opening March 11, running through March 27.

The cast features Kevin Kline Award nominees Drew Pannebecker (Equus) and Alice Kinsella (Johnny Appleweed), Michael Shreves (a.k.a. "Michelle McCausland"), Justin Ivan Brown, Cindy Duggan, P. Michael Murphy, Seth Ward Pyatt, James Slover, Joshua Thomas and Tyler Whiteman with direction by Artistic Director GP Hunsaker.

This funny and touching examination of sexuality and religion in the South follows four boys growing up in Texas as they struggle with what they know is right versus what the church tells them is right.

Tickets are $17 (all seats) on Thursdays and Sundays; $20 for adults / $17 for students and seniors on Fridays and Saturdays. The first Thursday preview is $15 and features a 2-for-$20 Industry Night Offer. Special online prices are also available.
