This Friday, October 31, COCA Executive Director, Kelly Pollock, will travel to Washington, D.C., to speak to the National Council on the Arts, the advisory body for the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) at the invitation of Jane Chu, Chairman of the NEA.
Kelly was invited to discuss COCA's "innovative programs," like COCAbiz and the Interchange S.T.E.A.M. residencies run in partnership with Boeing, as well as the successful Pre-Professional Division, which the NEA has funded for many years.
Chris Page, COCA alumnus, will join Kelly, along with current Pre-Professional student, Brooke Terry, a 14-year-old high school freshman. The presentation will be webcast live and archived on the NEA's website, arts.gov.Videos
