Pianist Dong-Hyek Lim as an artist has a strong persistence and spirit, depth and technique, and the ability to hold the attention of the audience. His second project in 2015 surprisingly is once again for ‘two’. Moreover, this time it is the encounter of a pianist and another pianist. At this festival, Dong-Hyek Lim will be starting off with repertoire that cannot be missed when talking about Schubert and piano music which is Fantasie for four hands. Mozart for two pianos and Rachmaninoff, Ravel will follow. Of all places, Dong-Hyek Lim has presented the greatest moments and emotion the most times on stage. The repertoire for this concert is a must see for his fans. Schubert’s Fantasie for four hands especially became famous last year through the hit TV series
The pianist joining Dong-Hyek Lim on stage is Steven Lin, newly joining Ensemble DITTO as a member in 2015. Steven Lin has won the 2013 Concert Artist Guild and since the 2014 Rubinstein Competition has been emerging as a pianist. He has attended the Julliard Pre-College Division and at age 13 debuted in Avery Fisher Hall with the New York Philharmonic.
