Play submissions have officially opened for Seoul Players 6th Annual Ten Minute Play Festival!

Have a script you want to see come to life on the stage? Seoul Players are excited to invite all playwrights, no matter the level or experience to submit their scripts.

Seoul Players accepts and encourages script submissions from all over the world.

A few guidelines to keep in mind:

- Scripts must be no longer than 10-12 minutes in length.

- Early bird script submissions! Script submissions made during the month of February 2016 are FREE.

- All script submissions made after February 2016 require a KRW 5000/ $5 submission fee.*

- Script submissions will be accepted until June 30th, 2016.

*Due to the cost of this production, your submission fees will go directly toward the rental cost of the theatre.

Chosen scripts will be announced in early August 2016. Performances will take place in November 2016.

Winning Plays and Cash Awards:

1st place script will receive a $100/KRW 100,000 .

2nd place will receive $60/KRW 60,000.

3rd place will receive $40/ KRW40,000.

Disclaimer:

By submitting your play for consideration, you are agreeing to allow Seoul Players performance rights, if your script is selected, for one or two performances in Seoul, Korea (one performance during the first round of competition, with a possible second performance if the show is chosen as a winner during round 1). Further, you are agreeing that Seoul Players owes you no royalty payments, but that we will credit you in all playbills/promotions for the festival, and that we will provide you with digital photos of your play being performed. You are also granting us permission to film your play to be shared publically via YouTube and our website.
