Once Upon An Orchestra at South Carolina Children's Theatre

SCCT has a special collaborative partnership with the Greenville Symphony Orchestra (GSO), where three times a year we bring Once Upon An Orchestra to SCCT, free-of-charge to children and their families. Once Upon An Orchestra is a performance by our Principal Teaching Artist, Traysie Amick, in SCCT’s Prisma Health Lobby. Amick presents a character from a children’s book while the GSO chamber ensemble performs classical pieces selected for each story.

These performances are recommended for grades K3 – 5th and last about 30 minutes. Reservations are NOT required!
