The Electric City Playhouse continues the Halloween tradition with the ghost thriller, THE WOMAN IN BLACK, written by Stephen Mallatratt and directed by Jimmy O. Burdette. THE WOMAN IN BLACK will play for two weekends, October 30th and 31st and November 6th and 7th.

A young solicitor is sent to settle the estate of Alice Drablow on the foggy coast of England. His frightening encounter with a ghostly spirit haunts him for life and in an effort to banish the specter's curse he hires an actor to reenact the terrifying episode. Local actor Trevor Furlong, of The Victoria Tea Room and one of the stars of Titanic at the ACT, will be performing the role of Actor and Paul Hyde, a longtime local actor and presenter of the popular pre-concert talks for the Greenville Symphony and the Greater Anderson Musical Arts Consortium, will be playing the role of Kipps.

Prices for this performance will be $15 for Adults, $13 for Seniors and $8 for Students with a $2 refund/discount to anyone who comes in costume to the Halloween Shows. Tickets are now available for this reserve seating show.
