The Electric City Playhouse Drama Summer Camp and Theatre Technical Camp will run from June 13-24, Monday through Friday, from 9AM until 12:30PM (with a snack provided). The cost is $150.00 per participant with a $25.00 discount for each sibling.

Age ranges are 8 through 14 years old for the Drama Camp and up to 17 years old for the Technical Camp with the registration deadline of May 31. This year's Drama Camp Teacher will be the Kay Morrissey, Ben Phillips will be the Technical Camp Teacher.

They will be teaching the campers the musical No Strings Attached, and updated, over the top musical comedy remaking of the classic Pinocchio story. Space is limited to 30 students in the Drama Camp and 10 in the Technical Camp. Campers will learn everything from joyful songs, group dance steps, elements of classic musical theater, set construction, lighting, voice inflection and projection, theater etiquette and camaraderie. The Electric City Playhouse's 2011 Camp Goal is to help children find their voice, whether it is on stage or off, and to help them develop the leadership and social skills best taught through a fun and encouraging educational setting.
