Fall Classes start at SBCT the week of September 9 and we have so much fun and learning in store for students!

Creative Dramatics (K-1st grade) The Littlest Mermaid - Far out in the ocean, where the water is as blue as the prettiest cornflower, and as clear as crystal, it is very, very deep and here we find Ariel, the littlest of the Mersisters. Ariel is about to go on an adventure because she just turned 15 and now gets to swim to the surface of the ocean! Join us in this Hans Christian Anderson tale under the sea where we will sing and dance and play!

- Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm OR
- Saturdays 9:30-10:30am

Creative Dramatics (2nd-3rd grade) The Barefoot Book of Trickster Tales - dress up as your favorite animal and join in the fun of acting out Trickster Tales! Whether it's a tale about Anansi finding a way to fill the king's impossible request, a Jack tale in which a wizard is outsmarted, or a story about a traveler who makes soup from a nail, someone always gets the better of someone else and everyone learns a valuable lesson!

- Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm OR
- Saturdays 11am-12pm

Intermediate Drama (4-6th grade) Intermediate Drama classes introduce and review theatrical techniques and terminology. These classes will help students expand their acting skills, voice, movement for the stage, dance and characterization. The process of script analysis is introduced and students hone their skills as they approach material that makes increased demands on their physical, vocal, and imaginative resources.

- Acting Wednesdays 5:30-6:45pm
- Musical Theater Thursdays 5:30-6:45pm

Teen Conservatory (7-12th grade) Our Teen Conservatory classes offer students an opportunity to explore theatre and musical theatre though variety of choices each semester. These unique workshops are designed for students to find their own artistic voice in a collaborative and creative environment. Instructors help those new to the process become confident and stretch and challenge those who have been in theatre classes before.

- Acting Mondays 5:30-7pm
- Musical Theater Thursdays 7-8:30pm
