Since 1927, the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre has been a constant force in the sustainability of our downtown and in the fabric of the Arts in Northeast Indiana.

Fort Wayne Civic Theatre celebrates all of its patrons and volunteers, for their creative spirit, dedication and perseverance in producing 90 years of exceptional live theatrical productions; collectively 681 dramas, comedies, mysteries, and musicals! Thank you for these gifts! The Civic Theatre is honored to have served you and the community for 90 years!

In celebration of its 90th Anniversary, the Civic Theatre announces its 90th Anniversary Season; a magnificent selection of show and "firsts" for the organization:

Beauty And The Beast - July 22 to August 6, 2017 - Arts United Center

Jekyll & Hyde the musical - September 8 to 17 - Arts United Center

Irving Berlin's White Christmas - November 4 to 19, 2017 - Arts United Center

La Cage Aux Folles - February 17 to March 4, 2018 - Arts United Center

Buyer & Cellar - March 16 -25, 2018 - Parkview Physicians Group ArtsLab

The Rodgers & Hammerstein and Andrew Lloyd Webber Concert in collaboration with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic - April 20 & 21, 2018 at the Historic Embassy Theatre - Featuring Civic Theatre Alums Manna Nichols and Christopher Sloan, headlining a cast of outstanding vocalists from Fort Wayne Civic Theatre.

For the 90th Anniversary, the Civic Theatre will be: hosting a 90th Anniversary Season Kick-Off Pre-Show gathering in conjunction with Beauty And The Beast; collaborating for the first time with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic on a 90th Anniversary concert at the historic Embassy Theatre; and presenting a special historic tribute as a part of the 65th Anthony Awards in June 2018.
