Because of the success of the first season of this ballet in October, 2014, it will be repeated for three performances only at the Easter weekend!
This Cape Town City Ballet Youth Project tells the much- loved Hans Christian Anderson story of the little fairy princess and her journey from being born in an acorn, to marrying the handsome fairy prince, Cornelius.

The leading roles are danced by members of the company, while budding ballerinas and princes from across the Cape Peninsula and beyond will have an opportunity to perform the roles of the Jitterbugs, Snow Crystals, Blue birds, Mice and Chickens and many others
