Max is 80, white and gay. Lola is 79, brown and bekkig. Their boisterous friendship comes almost 50 years, from a time in our history when relationships like theirs was forbidden. The duo's distinctive humor and their love for bioscope was a lifetime their escape from society's prejudices. Their journey was carefree and full of love. But now growing older they creep up.
