OOM SCHALK, FROM THE HEART at Masque Theatre

The loveable Oom Schalk is coming back to the Masque Theatre this January to tell his stories. F Creations, in partnership with The Merry Scholar, is proud to present OOM SCHALK, FROM THE HEART and invite audiences to come and listen as actor David Muller transports them back in time through the words of the famous character that Herman Charles Bosman created. Muller, directed by Celia Musikanth of Circle Productions, has been telling Bosman's stories for several years now. The set is simple, the stories classic, and the performance is captivating. Audiences are sure to love the warm-hearted character of Oom Schalk Lourens and the charm with which his stories unfold. During this run at the Masque Theatre, Muller will be entertaining audiences with a combination of five of Bosman's stories. Three of these are new to his repertoire of Oom Schalk stories and are sure to delight. These are "White Ant", "Love Potion" and "Music Maker".
