Game of Names is back, and this time it’s bigger and better than before!

Join Pinelands Players for a night of live dinner theatre that is part musical revue, part game show, part quiz night, and 100% fun! We will be celebrating the music of TV and movies, where you as the audience will pick the run of events with the spin of a wheel and a draw from a hat. Your choices will keep our performers on their toes while they compete to win … well, whatever the equivalent of a Cape Town Tony Award is.

Under the directorship of Kyla Thorburn and Barend van der Westhuizen, who teamed up to bring you "Legally Blonde - The Musical" earlier this year, this production boasts a cast of 12 talented performers that will keep you entertained all evening.

Your ticket will include a two-course meal (mains and dessert), and a cash bar will be available. Doors open 45 minutes before the start of the show for food and drink service. All food is Halaal and vegetarian/vegan options are available.

Ages: No age restriction

Cast and Creative team for Game of Names - Season 2 at The Novalis Ubuntu Centre

Cast

Nick Plummer

MC
Nick doesn't like being referred to as a "seasoned veteran" of the stage. He says it makes him sound like a well-aged steak. He is, however, a seasoned veteran of the stage... When he is lucid enough, he fondly remembers his award-winning performances of Henry Higgins in My Fair Lady, and Frank in Educating Rita. He recently played the fool Jack Point in Gilbert and Sullivan's Yeomen of The Guard at the Artscape Opera House. A regular broadcaster on Fine Music Radio, Nick is in demand as a voice actor and MC, and, if he can stay awake long enough, is very much looking forward to his greatest challenge yet, MC for Game of Names 2 - keeping the music and entertainment flowing, and doing his very best to control a rather unruly rabble of performers.
