The Luitingh Alexander Musical Theatre Academy proudly presents Louis Nowra’s COSI, a hilarious comedy set in Australia in the 1970’s. When new director, Lewis is tasked with staging Mozart's 'Così Fan Tutte' with patients from an institution - hilarity ensues. Meet manic-depressive Roy with a passion for theatre, food-obsessed and Lewis-addicted Cherry, obsessive-compulsive Ruth, pyromaniac Doug who loves sexual innuendo, drug-addict Julie, drugged-up pianist Zac, social worker Justine and Lewis’s girlfriend, Lucy. The show is directed by seasoned Emeritus Professor Chris Weare and featuring a cast of 15 young actors from LAMTA.
