Break at Artscape Theatre

"Break” is Hip Hop Theatre challenging the boxes we fit genres into. It blends Hip Hop dance styles with traditional South African dance styles like Zulu, Pantsula, Namastap, Gumboot dancing, Cape Jazz and many more. Break tells the story of a young man’s journey of self-discovery through blending South African dance and music with Hip Hop Culture.
