Two years ago, Brümmer also performed for Lefra Productions in MY VROU SE MAN SE VROU and he can currently be seen in the teen action movie AGENT 2000.

Frans Swart, director and producer of AFRIKAANSE MUSIEKFEES 13, says it was always important that the hosts of the show would be fantastic comics. "For the past twelve years, we have had really exceptional hosts," says Swart. "I am very excited about this year's hosts, because both Hannes and Melt are hyserically funny on stage. And as a team, they are even funnier. One will definitely be entertained and we are all going to laugh a lot. And laughter is the best medicine, after all!"
