Acoustic folk singer-songwriter Keren Lindley is joined by Mischa Dreamfolk for an evening of storytelling and songs about love, acceptance, friendship and growing.
Keren Lindley is an Acoustic/Folk singer-songwriter from Cape Town. Having spent the last two years in London performing at some of the city's greatest live music venues, Keren is back home to continue her career. Her influences include Tracy Chapman, Fleetwood mac and L.P, her Intricate melodies and soulful lyrics are beautifully woven together to share stories of Love, Acceptance and individuality.
Mischa uses the term 'Dreamfolk' to describe her atmospheric, storytelling approach to music and songwriting. She is best known for her cover of Peggy Lee's Fever with French producer Joachim Pastor and her songwriting influences are Vashti Bunyan, Leonard Cohen and Sufjan Stevens. Her songs are about growth, sorrow and friendship and carry within them a golden thread of hope.
