Back by popular demand, The Barnyard Theatre is running its "Save the Budget" programme, making it possible to have the best of both worlds: world class facilities & affordable prices. The Barnyard Theatre will help companies kickstart 2017 by not increasing hiring, conferencing and fundraising event fees until 30 April and, on top of that, providing Get extra discounts on fundraising events and venue hiring until the same date.
The Barnyard Theatres can be hired with or without a Barnyard show. The theatres offer multifunctional facilities, with state-of-the-art equipment, ideal for training sessions, team building, seminars, awards ceremonies and product launches.
For fundraising events, the full venue or a mini-fundraiser can be booked to make huge profits in aid of a particular cause. The potential profit for a full venue fundraiser is from R43 000, with 7.5% (excluding. VAT) back in commission on pre-ordered food for the fundraising event to be earned too. A mini-fundraiser (a block booking of a minimum of 50 tickets, costs from only R85 a ticket, with the full venue fundraiser running at 2016 rates with an additional 10% reduction.
Foe venue hire, the day rate remains at the 2016 rate, while the evening rate includes an additional 10% reduction. Day conferencing rates being at R165 per delegate, with packages able to be tailor-made to suits the client's needs.
The above rates are valid for bookings made for dates from January through 30 April 2017 and are subject to availability. Discounts only apply to tickets or venue hire, not food, drinks or décor. These discount cannot be used in conjunction with other specials and are valid for bookings at Rivonia, Cresta and Emperors Palace Barnyard Theatres only.
