A great adventure befalls young Jeremy Jacob when he comes face-to-face with Captain Braid Beard and his very real pirates. Finding himself swept aboard, Jeremy embarks on his journey encountering the pirate way of life – which is not all is as it seems. Fierce pirates can be emotional, piloting a ship is not always easy sailing and pirates don’t play soccer. Through his travels Jeremy learns that it is the simplest things in life that matter most.
