Dance Expressions at Esplanade theatre studio

Dance Expressions is a performance that explores the diverse language of dance and how it communicates stories and expressions.

Using bharatanatyam, Bollywood with hip hop and contemporary dance moves, explore the physical and emotional aspects of dance. During the performance, students will watch how stories from Indian literature are expressed through movement and dance as well as get an opportunity to join the dancers on stage.

Dance Expressions aims to help students learn more about Indian and contemporary dance and develop an awareness of Indian culture and heritage and their existence within our multicultural society.
