Taylor Swift and musical guest Ryan Adams will also appear on the episode.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Tony nominee Andrew Rannells will succeed Neil Patrick Harris in Hedwig and the Angry Inch on Broadway. Rannells, who is contracted for an eight week run, will take on the title role beginning August 20, after Harris departs on August 17.

In honor of the current Tony Award-winning Broadway production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Chef Yigit Pura announced today a limited edition Hedwig and the Angry Inch-inspired macaron. Featuring a flavor profile provided by recent Tony Award winner and current star of the Broadway production, Neil Patrick Harris, the macaron -- called "Hedwig Schmidt" after the title character -- features a bourbon-orange marmalade ganache with a brandied cherry center, covered in edible red glitter. The limited-edition "Hedwig Schmidt" macaron will be available beginning Monday, August 11 at Tout Sweet Patisserie (Macy's Union Square, 170 O'Farrell St., 3rd Floor) as well as online at www.toutsweetsf.com.

The musical won the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Off-Broadway Musical and both John Cameron Mitchell andStephen Trask won Obies in 2001. It won a 1998 New York Magazine Award and Entertainment Weekly's 'Soundtrack of the Year' Award. Time Magazine named HEDWIG the Top Musical of 1998.
