CBGB is having their annual festival from Oct 8th-12th, and they are excited to announce that Stephen Trask, composer of the award-winning musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch, will be giving a talk during it. Stephen Trask will speak with A.O. Scott, film critic for the New York Times today, October 10th, at the Helen Mills Theater. Other conversation guests will include Galadrielle Aldman and Erin Davis. The event will begin at 6:00pm.

In a recent interview with Vulture, he opens up about life after Hedwig. He revealed: 'It's so funny - I thought when the show was over that I'd get to sleep in and have my life back, but as it turns out, this week, I'm getting up earlier because I don't get to sleep in to protect my voice. And all the things I haven't been able to schedule because I've been doing the show, now I have to actually do them!'
