Get ready for the pre-Broadway production of Ana s Mitchell's musical Hadestown at the Citadel Theatre with a brand-new trailer!

MCC Theater will soon present the second show of its 2017-18 season: the World Premiere of School Girls; or, the African Mean Girls Play, written by 2017-18 Tow Playwright-in-Residence Jocelyn Bioh, and directed by Tony Winner Rebecca Taichman.

Lucas Steele received a 2017 Tony Award nomination for his performance as the dastardly Anatole in the Broadway spectacle Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812. In the wake of the show's closing, the young star has released a short film titled, 'One Last Time' depicting one final trip to Broadway's Imperial Theater.

Bradley King has won the 2017 Tony Award for Best Lighting Design of a Musical for NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812. His collaborations with Rachel Chavkin include Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812 (Broadway), Hadestown (NYTW), Preludes (LCT3), The Fairy Tale Lives of Russian Girls (Yale Rep), and the upcoming The Royal Family (The Guthrie).

It takes a village to recreate the giant world of War and Peace in a supper club-style Broadway theatre. Okieriete 'Oak' Onaodowan, best known for originating the roles of Hercules Mulligan and James Madison in Hamilton, will join the cast of the new Broadway musical NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 as 'Pierre' beginning July 3, 2017, starring alongside Denée Benton as 'Natasha.'
