Hot on the heels of its nomination for Best Pantomime (under 500 seats) at the UK Pantomime Awards 2024 for the smash-hit Dick Whittington, the New Wolsey Theatre is delighted to reveal the cast of this year's ‘Rock ‘n' Roll' fairytale classic Sleeping Beauty which plays from 22 November 2024 - Saturday 18 January 2025.

Adapted by BAFTA nominee and Chair of the Writer's Guild of Great Britain Emma Reeves (Tracey Beaker, The Worst Witch), The Glass Slippers puts a modern twist on Cinderella, removing the dated constructs of ‘ugly' step-sisters and that a ‘happily-ever-after' must mean being rescued by a Prince.

Cast and creatives have been announced for this year’s festive pantomime Sleeping Beauty at Salisbury Playhouse. Tony Award winner Kecia Lewis has joined the cast of Crutch, a new spin-off of CBS' The Neighborhood. The Hell's Kitchen star will play Antoinette, the sister-in-law of the title character played by Tracy Morgan.
