Pittsburgh CLO presents a new musical, HERE YOU COME AGAIN written by Bruce Vilanch, Gabriel Barre, and Tricia Paoluccio, with songs by Dolly Parton (and others) January 12 – 29 at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. HERE YOU COME AGAIN is presented by Pittsburgh CLO Kara Cabaret Series and produced in association with The Pittsburgh Playhouse.

Pippin, which shares composer Stephen Schwartz, had a similar Pittsburgh-to-Broadway trajectory, but a show as niche and nihilistic as Pippin will never be able to compete with the mix of loose hippie vibes, vaudeville throwbacks and old-time religion that give Godspell its heart.

The adult-oriented evening performances of the Potter parody are a gut-busting mix of improv, nostalgia and theatre magic.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2022 Pittsburgh CLO Summer Internship Program. The Summer Internship Program runs approximately 10-13 weeks beginning in May through mid-August, depending upon the internship being applied for, and affords students 18 years of age and older the opportunity to work one-on-one with musical theater industry professionals.

This includes the CLO Kara Cabaret productions DIXIE'S TUPPERWARE PARTY and UNTITLED as well as Pittsburgh CLO's annual production of A MUSICAL CHRISTMAS CAROL at the Byham Theater.

Pittsburgh CLO Executive Producer & CEO Van Kaplan announced that due to the uncertainties and risks related to the ongoing health crisis, in addition to previously announced postponements of shows at the CLO Cabaret, the organization will not go forward with its 2020 Summer Season of musicals. '

Following the leadership of public health and government officials, the upcoming CLO Cabaret production UNTITLED (April 3 - May 3, 2020) has been postponed until October 29 - November 29, 2020.

Pittsburgh CLO and St. Barnabas Health System are proud to announce a new theater program partnership to take place at the Kean Theatre on the campus of St. Barnabas in Gibsonia, PA. Modeled after the Pittsburgh CLO's popular summer program at their CLO Academy in downtown Pittsburgh, this new program will allow students ages 3-18 in the Gibsonia area to participate in professional caliber musical theater summer camps.
