Lambert Jackson Productions today announce the full cast for the workshop performance of Dylan Wynford's new musical The Throwaways. The performance will star Lizzie Bea (Commentator 2), Francesca Forristal (Peggy), Michael Hamway (Hitchcock), Sahera Khan (Charlie), Andrew Langtree (Danny), Siobhan O'Driscoll (Meghan), Lawrence Smith (Commentator 1), and Courtney Stapleton (Audrey). The workshop performance will take place at The Other Palace, Friday 31st January, 2pm.

La Jolla Playhouse has announced the complete cast and creative team for its upcoming musical Fly, based on the J.M. Barrie novel Peter and Wendy, with book by Pulitzer Prize finalist Rajiv Joseph (Playhouse's Guards at the Taj, Broadway's Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo); music by Tony, Emmy and Grammy Award winner Bill Sherman (music director for Sesame Street; orchestrator for In the Heights); lyrics by Obie Award winner Kirsten Childs (The Bubbly Black Girl Sheds Her Chameleon Skin) and Rajiv Joseph, direction by multiple Tony Award-winning producer Jeffrey Seller (Hamilton, Rent, Avenue Q, In the Heights), and co-choreographed by three-time Tony Award winner Andy Blankenbuehler (Hamilton, Bandstand) and Stephanie Klemons (In the Heights). Fly will run February 18 - March 29 in the Mandell Weiss Theatre.

Tickets are on sale now for the world premiere production of Fandango for Butterflies (and Coyotes) written by Andrea Thome and directed by José Zayas, with original music by Sinuhé Padilla and choreography by Alexandra Beller. Produced by En Garde Arts (Anne Hamburger, Founder and Artistic Director; Heather Cohen, Executive Director), Fandango for Butterflies (and Coyotes) begins performances on Thursday, February 6, with a press opening of Monday, February 10 at 7 pm, at the historic Ellen Stewart Theatre at La MaMa before touring all five boroughs of New York, ending its run on Saturday, March 28 at the Irondale Center in Brooklyn (see below for full tour schedule). The other tour dates include The Alexandra Birmingham from 29 September - 10 October, New Wimbledon Theatre from 13 - 24 October, New Theatre Oxford from 27 October - 7 November, Glasgow King's Theatre from 10 - 21 November and Liverpool Empire from 8 December - 2 January 2021.
